The Dot Dot Dot band has been impressing judges with their great performances but it was not enough to convince America to let them stay in the running in "The Next Great American Band."
Dot Dot Dot, which features Guam music's sensation Rose Ana Laguana, bowed out of the competition last night.
Sorensen Media Group Managing Director Evan Cohen congratulates the band on their tremendous showing and rise to fame.
Of the tens of thousands who auditioned for "The Next Great American Band," only 12 bands including Dot Dot Dot were picked to appear on the show. The band did well enough to land on the top five.
Dot Dot Dot is a rock band from Chicago, Illinois. The band became a huge hit on the island because of its lead guitarist Laguana, who is a native of Guam.
Meanwhile, the remaining four bands performed one Queen song and one song they wrote themselves.
The Clark Brothers performed the Queen song "These Are The Days Of Our Lives." They also performed an original composition entitled "Homestead."
Light of Doom performed the Queen song "We Will Rock You" and their own composition "A Matter Of Time."
Sixwire sang "Fat Bottomed Girls" and their own composition entitled "Go On."
The fourth band, Denver And The Mile High Orchestra, sang "Sleeping On The Sidewalk" and a their own song entitled "Big White House." -
